Murder they wrote - the Criminal Collective comes to Glossop

Derby Book Festival has teamed up with the Society of Authors, Derby Libraries and Derbyshire Library Service to organise a series of talks by local authors in libraries across the city and county in June with more planned in the autumn. 

Catherine Wimpeney is a psychotherapist turned author of psychological thrillers whose debut novel, Her Sister’s Shadow, won Northodox Press Novel of the Year. Simon Michael, ‘The British John Grisham’, has a best-selling legal thriller series featuring his working class, ex-criminal, ex-boxer barrister Charles Holborne. Caroline England, ‘The Duchess of Dark Domestic Noir’, writes multi-layered, dark and edgy psychological suspense thrillers. David Beckler writes fast-paced action thrillers which include the Manchester-based Mason and Sterling series.
