News for Cycling Enthusiasts!

Look out for sports writer and journalist, William Fotheringham at the Arena on Sunday 31 May. William, who is The Guardian’s cycling correspondent, will be talking about his new book Bernard Hinault and the Rise and Fall of French Cycling.  He is the author of a number of books about the cycling world  including Merckx: Half Man Half Bike and Racing Hard – 20 Tumultuous Years in Cycling.

The event at the Arena will include an opportunity to tour the new building and try out the Wattbikes.   Tickets go on sale on 23 April from the Festival box office at QUAD or online through our website.
