Join us for a morning of mindfulness. The event starts with a one-hour mindfulness session where you will learn practices to help you relax, reduce stress and live your life in the present. There will then be refreshments, followed by a 60 minute author talk with Isabel Losada.
Described by The Bookseller as “The UK’s Sassiest Spiritual Author” Isabel entertains by condensing everything she has learnt in twenty years of writing comedy into one event.
Subjects Isabel includes are personal growth, meditation, activism, leadership, forgiveness, comfort zones, relationships, creativity, writing, spirituality (all sorts), Tibetan Buddhism, politics, environmentalism and sex and love. Her event will be a mixture of stand-up comedy, inspirational talk, vulnerable storytelling and entertaining .
