Don’t miss out – even more Festival tickets on sale

15th March 2016

Tickets now on sale for Derby Reads, Simon Bradley and Celebration in the Cathedral

Join us at our FREE Derby Reads event on 5 April at QUAD, sponsored by East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire).  Derby Reads will celebrate the launch of the Festival programme.  Be the first to hear about all of this year’s authors and events, pick up a set of this year’s Festival Bookmarks printed with the winning Flash Fiction stories, and of course get your copy of this year’s programme hot off the press – and the Festival box office opens in QUAD so you can be the first to book tickets for all events!

We are delighted that Smith Partnership is sponsoring the Simon Bradley event in The Roundhouse on Tuesday 7 June.  Simon’s book The Railways: Nation, Network and People was voted History Book of the Year 2015 by The Sunday Times and is aimed at the general reader as well as rail enthusiasts.  Tickets for this event are £12 and can be bought online at and from the Festival Box Office at QUAD.

The Celebration in the Cathedral, sponsored by Flint Bishop, will feature James Naughtie, Sir Peter Bazalgette plus The Bookshop Band and tickets cost £12 online and from QUAD.
